We design and produce undercarriage floating pontoon of amphibious excavator for your own excavators. Excavator brand we have design including:CAT,Komastu,Kobelco,Doosan,Hitachi,Volvo,XCMG,Daewoo,SDLG,YUCHAI, etc.
Track shoes : --- Track shoes of JINYI pontoon undercarriage are made of specially produced Q345 Steel. They are strong enough to support the whole amphibious excavator. Also, the wide and thick track shoes could help the JINYI Amphibious excavator walking ( Floating and swimming on water) faster.
Track chains : --- We assemble 3 rows of chains on each pontoon. It is more reliable and durable than 2-chain pontoon. JINYI Amphibious excavator track chains are made of super durable 40Cr special steel.
Hydraulic drive: --- According to users' requests, we could install 2 or 4 travel motor assembles on each pontoon undercarriage. DOOSAN travel motors are proposed as reliable quality and reasonable prices.
Supplementary Pontoons and Spuds:--- Supplementary pontoons can be easily attached onto the outer side of the primary pontoons to enhance stability. The hydraulic-mechanical spuds system which is controlled from the operator cabin is a superb solutions to overcome buoyancy in deep water, providing additional stability and enhanced operability on water up to 15 meters deep.
